Nearly 700 gather for H2O Show & Tell
H2O Show & Tell is Oct. 4
Would your kid love to sit in an actual excavator, test pH levels during real science experiments, or build their own water aquifer using candy? IRWD customers are invited to enjoy all that and more — plus a free pancake breakfast! — at our third annual H2O Show & Tell.
This family-friendly event is from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at our Sand Canyon headquarters.
Held in conjunction with Water Professionals Appreciation Week, the event also provides opportunities to speak with IRWD staff from more than a dozen departments — from Water Operations and Construction Services to Water Quality, Engineering and Information Technology. Guests will be able to ask questions and learn more about the work IRWD does to provide safe, clean water for our community, while also seeing equipment up close and taking part in hands-on activities.
